Super thick and warm
It's very thick and warm - super cozy. I was a little apprehensive about wearing it under a ski helmet but it seemed to work well. If your child has a tight-fitting helmet, things can get tight. She was comfortable at -17 all day!
- This is a very warm hat. Good for a 14 year old despite being on the big side.
- Can be too tight or too loose on the face
