Packaging and presentation was good but the bag itself looks cheap and doesn't look like the pictures, it's similar but not what I saw in the advert, it's more of a box -Style and if you don't loosen the straps, it's difficult to get in, and one of the straps is loosened, it looks awkward because it sticks straight out and doesn't fit easily
