Basically I bought this because I had a wedding coming up and I was looking for a whitening right after brushing my teeth. Plus, it was insanely cheap back then (less than $3 a bottle). That being said, whitening is bad for your tooth enamel and shouldn't be done over a long period of time. Also, it tastes worse than regular ACT and the weird taste (of hydrogen peroxide) lasts longer (20 minutes+) than regular ACT. As of today (March 19, 2020), a bottle costs >$7. NOT WORTH NOW. But it was also in temporary scenarios where you are frequently photographed. Look elsewhere online or at the grocery store. If the price is over $7 a bottle, you might be able to find a better price elsewhere. And again, don't use lightening for a long time because you'll feel it later.
