Very easy and quick access provided by tool

I like that we are able to use our own email addresses when setting up accounts instead of having an @gmail address for instance, which is quite common with other companies as well! Not much to dislike about this product - there were no issues at all while using it in my role here (which was primarily administrative). We used PLS heavily during implementation phases, but never actually logged into any units or had users working directly from their computers once they went live; if you're looking specifically towards those situations then maybe take note. It's not very intuitive how best practices should be implemented across multiple locations. The most helpful thing has been being able to send mass emails quickly without worrying too much over spam filters etc., however some groups may prefer more direct communication methods such as phone calls/texts when needed so perhaps consider both options depending upon your situation?

  • This system can do almost anything related to HR needs within one central database & interface simple enough :) Also easy way for people who have little experience doing things online via computer

  • Secret
