Wig cap was 27 inches where my head is 21.5. No where does it say the wig caps run large. The wig cap was put in sideways and crushed one of my ears while on despite the considerably larger size. I was extremely disappointed with the wig given the reviews. I would not recommend. I have cheaper synthetics than this that were created with better care.
