My daughter is 10.5-11 years old and wears normal children's shoes and I ordered both sizes. They were both huge to her. The size went back down to a size 10, smaller than her shoe size but still too big. Tried 9.5 and they are still too long but now too tight to be comfortable. Looks like a quality shoe just won't fit if you have a narrow foot.
