This is a great all round grill, and not just for Korean BBQ! This worked great for taco night as I could use the segmented pan for two meats (Pastor and Carnitas) and the grilled veggies were perfect. It was so convenient because everything was cooking at the same time, but with two controls you can set the temperature for the pan and grill accordingly. The cooking result is flawless as the non-stick surfaces prevent the contents of the pan and grill from sticking, the cooking was even and thorough, and the temperature control ensures accuracy. The non-stick coating also makes cleaning a lot easier as the service actually wipes the suit down. This meat was saucy and moist, and even after a few hours of sitting and getting hard, I was able to wipe the whole pan down fairly easily. There is a drip tray which was not used for this meal but is a must for meat, it is removable and easy to clean. I rely heavily on my dishwasher so I must really love the pan to hand wash it but I have to say it was really easy. Check out my photo and video review to see this pan in action.
