Well, the chair was and is very comfortable and practical, but the lifting mechanism and one of the handles don't work. There is some plastic used to 'lock' the armrests in the forward and backward position that was actually broken on arrival, but I wasn't planning on using the armrests so I ignored it. Now the elevator is out of service too, so I can't move the chair up and down. I contacted support and they responded fairly quickly - 3 months ago. 20-0954RMA is the RMA number on support ticket 29454. They have informed me several times that the parts are out of stock and they will send me the parts as soon as they are in stock - but it's been a while since i put them in. already 3 months. in this RMA request and nothing. I had to send the chair back the first day because the armrest was broken. It sucks because it's a very good chair and I think the flaws are totally random/random but I can't recommend this product because the supplier can't guarantee the product. .
