My loved ones are very capable. This one is great for learning to fly, but it doesn't do much and isn't a challenge. By "busy" I mean that without GPS you can't program flight routes or return to base or whatever. They are also limited to a height of 10m. Without a built-in memory card, any picture or video will be degraded by the Wi-Fi signal, so no matter how good the camera is, unique high-altitude shots or videos aren't as good as they could be. The high-speed mode is limited by how well you can see the drone, as the camera is always tilted down (and lags a bit), making it impossible to fly past the camera. Of course, if you fix all this, the price will increase, and you will get a drone 5-10 times more expensive. Don't get me wrong, it connects well, flies well, takes pretty good shots from angles my camera can't. It's damn stable in light winds and uses a chassis camera and other sensors to stabilize its position. It weighs less than 250g, so you don't need to register it in the US. The on-screen controls are good enough that if I had to repeat it, I wouldn't buy a T1d disposable controller that doesn't do anything other than Tello.
