Maybe my product was defective, I'm sending it back because it just didn't fit. I suspect it's due to the international charging adapters you can unplug. I'd rather plug them into a US wall charger than give me a million crappy plastic plugs for international travel. I don't think the US plug fits the charger very well. Traveling the world I already have international converters that work reliably so this is not a selling point for me. I just wanted something to charge my GoPro quickly and this is not charging my GoPro at all due to faulty connectors.
