this stuff doesn't smell like your normal products, it stinks

i love sunscreen for baby bouquets, leave the conditioner for my kids and their tanning cream for me, but when i decided to try this lotion instead ours normal Shea Moisture I was EXTREMELY shocked I thought it was expired it smells so bad. smells of plastic and old lotion. The texture is ok, it seems moisturizing when I tried it on myself but I would never put it on my kid or kids! throw it away
