. Not impressed. I had to follow the link provided and enter my personal information to register the item before I could view the instructions. Really not impressed. After reading the manual, I felt it was poorly written. Although the person who wrote it appears to have spoken English as a first language, they clearly had no experience explaining people coherently. This was made worse by the rambling nature of the instructions and the lack of explanation of all wire connections in the wiring harness. To top it off, the photos showed a different wiring harness than what I received. I think PDF is the universal option for everyone. Once you understand what they're telling you, installation is surprisingly easy. Their installation video was a dead link, but I've watched enough installation videos on competing products to get an idea.
