Not only softening, but also has a healing effect

This material has proven to be simply phenomenal. It smells so nice. When my granddaughter had an allergic reaction to diapers or sweatpants or whatever. She went to some doctors and after all that they gave her allergy meds and a prescription lotion to put on her butt. Something like gel or petroleum jelly. And it worked very slowly. When she spent the weekend here, I tried. Overnight the color faded by about half. I put it on prescription. Although the prescription drug itself worked very, very slowly. Worn that first morning there was a very noticeable difference. And according to her, it didn't sting, it didn't hurt. so that's pretty much all the pros in my book. I can't say for sure if it has a healing effect or if it just helped double the barrier over him, which actually made her heal with it so quickly. But either way, the end result is the same. It also helps that my fingers were very soft the next morning from putting it on my hands. That's a big difference in just one night. I sent it home to her when they took her away. So you could use it and can't wait to see what effect it will have in a week's time. Definitely recommend this for skin softening and in this case at least for rashes. I can't tell if it works on all of them, but it definitely worked on this one.
