Reviews are somewhat misleading as Revain asks you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt of the item. They're asking about durability and value for money, which is difficult to ascertain until you've had the item for a much longer period of time. However, the transition from incandescent to LEDs is not difficult. They're higher upfront costs, but with lower energy bills and (hopefully) longer-lasting bulbs, it makes the most sense. The light produced by the LED bulbs we buy is 'white' or 'cold' light compared to the 'warm' light of an incandescent bulb. We used this purchase in a chandelier and now have a combination of incandescent and new LED bulbs that we bought. We replace old LEDs with new ones when incandescent bulbs burn out. If you look closely at the lamp, you will notice a slight difference in the color of the light. So far we are happy with our purchase which arrived on time. The only complaint is that the LED light produced doesn't seem to reach the top of the 'candle' compared to incandescent bulbs, but again you have to look and focus to notice the differences. Just buy enough to replace all of your bulbs at once and you will be happy with the amount of light produced. Benefit from a reduced carbon footprint and reduced energy costs.
