It was a good value product and the lavender smelled very nice. Getting rid of the hair helped, but there were a few snags. If you are new to using wax at home I do not recommend this product. I've been doing this for many years. It works best if you follow the instructions exactly! Do not heat the wax too high. However, the wax also cools faster. For this reason, it is helpful to know quickly and competently when to remove hard wax from the skin, otherwise it becomes very difficult and painful. My husband allowed me to wax his leg. I used 2 different brands of wax on his leg. I followed the instructions to the letter and his skin immediately broke out in a rash as if he had suffered a chemical burn. This only happened with Lavender Mallowwax. I'm not sure why. It was cheaper than the wax brands I usually buy. It's not a terrible wax but I think you get what you pay for.
