I bought a lock (full retail price) as a Christmas present. I could have used the '40% discount' offer to buy some locks but they weren't available until early January. I decided to see if I liked it before buying more. Turns out my lock cable had been cut by the TSA (leaving me a message saying they couldn't open it). So much for me to buy more. The concept is interesting, but I had some connection issues over New Year's week while traveling with it. I believe getting through the TSA depends on the agent assigned to open and their willingness to pick the lock - all complications and that's it.
