I bought these belts for my boyfriend, one is black the other is brown. So when I bought the straps and my friend opened them for Christmas I was a bit confused at first. In the company's defense, I haven't actually read how it works. Anyway I was disappointed at first, I had no idea how this belt works and I need to assemble it! After studying the belt and reading their instructions, adjusting and assembling the belt was easy.
