And you're not limited by any kind of coding background or knowledge as they have designed some great training material just perfect when working in collaboration mode (as an organization we are looking out ways i could make my life easier!).1.- If one part need fixed/ modified then there should always be enough support staff available till your problem gets solved - this has been good but if at times things go wrong its hard getting them back up again especially while going live after long period without fixations etc.,.
