I am a size 8.5 female with a broken big toe which I tied to the nearest toe. Based on other reviews I ordered on Wednesday. I could have ordered a size smaller because by the time I received this most of the swelling had shrunk. But it is adjustable to work well! My finger no longer feels any pressure when walking. I like the fact that it's closed as I live in an area with snowy streets, parking lots and sidewalks. It was definitely worth the price I paid for it - just hope I don't need it in the future.
