I love PetSafe fountains they are the best. We just got this new style for us, we've always used the original before. I love that it's a lot quieter than the original, but I felt it lacked build quality compared to the original. This one is new, the tower doesn't want to stay stuck, it keeps getting higher, the battlements seem too small. But overall it's a good product but I can go back to the original. The original is harder to clean, but the plastic is much stronger. I like that this new verse is quieter than the original. I'll give him more time to see who I stay with.
