My daughter will be 10 in 3 months so I bought her a size 10-11 and she wears it for a long time. She is 4 feet 5 inches tall and 80 pounds. She has to wear a tank top underneath so the top doesn't show her breasts too much now. If you want a shorter length as shown in the picture, please downsize. The material is excellent and she liked it but as you can see from the photos it will take a year to fit.
