The ability to send text messages without having your phone near you is great! It has also made it easier from my home office (where I am typing this) than trying to get someone's attention in person when they are driving by me.
Now that we have been able to use these services since November of 2016, there isn't anything negative about them yet as far as their service goes; however, if more people were aware how beneficial texting can be while out running errands around town then maybe others would try some other options too? We used our cell phones less frequently before switching over but now everyone uses theirs constantly so being able to communicate via SMS was very helpful during times where no one had access to an actual device like ours. There weren’t many benefits except saving time getting voicemails left which saves us money every day because those calls usually go straight into voice mail rather than waiting until.
