Google reviews are very important for all businesses, not only local stores and restaurants. The tool is simple and easy to use. For our store it's great because we can see where people have already left their reviews. I like that it allows you to add multiple addresses and locations in one go. It would be nice if you could add photos as well and maybe give more options about how long they want their review to appear. Also I think it would be good to include links to social media pages as well. We haven't had any issues with the tool yet so far. But I'm sure there will be problems at some point. So far we are able to create many reviews within a short period of time. I have also been able to easily update them when necessary. This has helped us tremendously.
