Review on 🍲 Insulated Serving Pinnacle Casserole Dish for Food Service Equipment & Supplies by David Jones

I look forward to the "pan" method used in the East, where food is stored in insulated containers and kept warm for hours. The package arrived on time. Unwrapped, washed, dried and used one of these to keep chicken wings hot after grilling. On a positive note, the wings stayed hot when we sat down to eat after 20 minutes. On the negative side, the glossy finish was inexplicably pitted after that first use. Brush lightly with baking soda if something sticks to the surface, no improvement. While it works well given the use I would have preferred if it didn't look unappetizing when serving food.
