This is my second. I've had my first for 4 years now. The leather and metal mechanism are very strong, but the glue holding the metal to the skin started to crumble after 4 years. I glued it back with epoxy so it would never come loose again, but I needed a second one as the metal piece only holds six cards. The leather pouches offer space for additional pouches, but can be a bit awkward to remove. The metal mechanism allows you to pull out the exact card you need in a split second and I have over 6 cards that I need access to that quickly so the second one was fine. They're small enough for two to fit in almost any pocket. They're not cheap, but they're not overly expensive either, and are well worth the money for the quality and comfort you get.
