I bought these to support a spice rack on my closet door. Great idea - in theory. I read a review of someone using the exact same hooks to hang spice racks from an RV closet door. I figured if they could withstand all the movement in the van, they would surely withstand the closet in a stationary house too. I was wrong. I don't understand how it held up under RV conditions. It did not work. and I used 4 for each rack. Four. Four. Let me say again, four for each shelf, and each shelf fell after the door was opened five times. They are good enough to hold a set of keys if that set only contains 3 keys. Otherwise, I don't know what they're supposed to be good for. Waste of money, time and energy.
