Love these fans! Thanks to the all-metal construction, including the fan blades, they work silently, and the case can be disassembled and the blades removed to thoroughly clean accumulated dust. They also have a long lifespan. I've bought five of these over the years. The first two came from Dollar General and the last three from Revain. The first two lasted for years. The third is used on my computer desk. Bought a month ago. #5 will be on my bedside table to replace the cool little plastic rechargeable fan with a flashlight and nightlight that gave off a burning smell after falling off my bedside table one day.
