The belt is thick and flexible but not too flexible The orange side looks the same as the picture Very unique look and very attractive However the fabric used reinforces the gap shows its texture from the coating on the black. It doesn't have the texture or feel of leather. It looks and feels like a polymer coated fabric and almost certainly is. Don't expect you to wear this as a convertible belt it's still worth the price and a very unique beautiful product.
