UPDATE 3/12/20 - Stunned customer service contacted me after I sent the toothbrush holder back - because I wrote a bad review and the product was used and dirty. Amazing customer service! I was not only reimbursed for the costs of the holder, but also sent a replacement. I am very pleased and grateful for such an attitude towards customers. The product itself is a great product. I don't like sticking my toothbrushes in something that is difficult for me to clean or that holds water because bacteria will eventually build up and cause problems. It was my decision and I am very grateful for the excellence of this company. Due to the positive response I will definitely be looking for more products from them. So, the toothbrush holder looks great. It will do what I set out to do - hold my toothbrushes without retaining water at the bottom and without creating nasty debris. I sent it back as it was used and dirty. I was very upset when I opened the package. I returned it with no intention of ransom.
