Supplied with a defective bulb

One of the fog lights was supplied with a defective bulb. It took a little while to install as it's almost impossible to get to a bold font. It's not their fault though, it's how they designed it at Dodge. Anyway, after installing it, I found that one of the bulbs only works if you pull it out and press it against the base. I contacted the seller to see if they would send me a new bulb but never received a response. Still waiting for an answer.
