I like the quality of the ear pads. Better than original pads. However, as you can see from the pictures, the inner foam screen is not the same as the original. In fact, the original screen has no crop. So I left the original screen in and just swapped out the pads. Also, the pads were a bit difficult to "lock" in place, but manageable with a little effort. Overall I am satisfied and would buy again. PS My Bose Ae2 headset which according to the instructions is compatible with this product. That's why I'm surprised the inner screen doesn't fit and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Thank you for the 20% discount coupon for your next order.
