Yamiu contacted me to apologize and rectify the situation immediately after I wrote this review. They got it right for me and they asked for photos to see where and how the bag was torn so they can figure out how to fix it for future customers. I'd say it's worth giving them a chance. Old review: These were good sizes but one of the pockets broke after a week of travel, it was the pocket I used for socks and underwear. I'm not sure, maybe I should reconsider my choice of underwear? I'm a guy so it's not like I have sharp metal objects in my panties for ladies to handle. I don't know, maybe bags can be made out of something better. Otherwise they are a good size and shape.
