It does hold the amount of regular (not high tops) shoes it says it can hold but oh my is it a flimsy thing. Very disappointed. It is a struggle to push it back under the bed as it doesn't hold it's shape & you have to push against several areas. The handle is only useful to pull it out from under the bed. I will not order this item again. I think I could get the exact type of organizer from the dollar tree (just not as many compartments but the same type of flimsy material & design).UPDATESeller was very concerned & has offered to refund the price without returning the merchandise. 5 stars for seller!
