Review on 🕰️ Charles Hubert 3816 W Mechanical Pocket Watch by Arunprasath Elliott

Bought this pocket watch for my husband for his 30th birthday/graduation and the quality was very disappointing. I've read a few posts saying their watch arrived without specific hands and didn't work, but I was hoping it was an unusual situation. The first came without a second hand at all. Not broken and not working but the watch was assembled as a whole without any inclusions. Customer service with Revain was great and I had my new watch in my hands the very next day. 35 days later, the watch suddenly stopped telling the time and lost 5 minutes every 20 hours in both the time zone and Roman numeral displays. The seconds hand was the only hand that continued to count the time at its normal pace. The watch is beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos, but expensive junk. We couldn't be more disappointed with what happened to this watch as it was a gift for a very important occasion. Revain is now refunding the purchase price and we will look for and buy better quality watches. Not made in Hong Kong, a careful search reveals where Charles Hubert's 10-year-old company is based.
