This is a product with an elegant design. The simple design is impressive as it essentially consists of just a few tubes and brackets. But the assembly instructions are amazing - complex, incomprehensible, long. I read them several times and found the best installation method myself. This company really needs to invest in a technical writer and these instructions need to be improved. In the meantime they don't, here are some observations and tips -1) Soap doesn't work as well as vegetable oil for joining tubes to end fittings. You have to use a lot of force to push them in, even though the press fit is tight. 2) The caps on both ends of the tubes may come off during assembly. Don't worry, they come back relatively easily, but that's a sign of low quality. 3) Drywall anchors are good and strong. However, the awful instructions should warn you that you will hear a pop as you tighten the screws. Don't stop when you hear a click, keep tightening until you feel the screws tighten. They appear just after the cotton. 4) There is quite a bit of headroom between the hanging rod and the shelf, about 4.5 inches to be exact. Be sure to keep this in mind when installing two racks like I did. I quickly realized that I would trip over my ceiling light. I'll be replacing it with a flat LED block soon, so that's not a problem for me, but be careful. Attached is a photo of me waiting for the light. Once you complete the installation, you will love it.
