I only took them for a short time
My husband took them for a short time because they seem to work so I hid them. I would only recommend it if your wife loves beards. If, like me, your husband buys them without your knowledge, find them and hide them or tell him they turn his beard gray. I gave 4 stars because they seemed to work and didn't want to encourage men like my husband with a 5 star rating.
