Shoes arrived a day earlier than expected, so good. I love that they came in half sizes too! The material is soft, the sole is durable, but not heavy, which is necessary for children's shoes. My son loves them when he tries them on, he will be wearing them to prom in 3 days so will let you know if they last at least a day. looks comfortable enough to wear to a 30 minute ceremony. Update: the shoes were comfortable to wear all day, my son had no complaints. Good product for the price.
