first of all they are as bright and beautiful as the pictures. Second, they will definitely last a long time. Third, the only thing stopping us from giving them five stars is how difficult they are to open! Firstly, the black loops are definitely designed not to open, so getting the small card out of the pendant took some effort. But that was okay because it made sense that they were safe. Cardboard tags asking for identification information proved to be the worst parts of this product. We couldn't get the tag out at all - we even tried to pry it out with my plastic-jawed jewelry pliers - to no avail - eventually we pushed the protective plastic cover out of the mount and then we were able to get the tag out. Cardboard label - at this point both labels were a bit frayed from the fight. And the only way to put the cardboard label back in was the same way, by bending it through the front hole and then doing the same with the plastic cap. They wouldn't fit at all. Wow!
