Of all the things I've bought during the pandemic, this is my favorite item. Many other mouse manipulator reviewers say they need them because they don't want the computer to go to sleep while reading long work-related documents, writing something work-related, etc. I'm not going to lie and say it. This keeps my computer on (and shows me as "working" in Teams) while I load the dishwasher, water the patio plants, take a nap, or run errands. It doesn't vibrate or move your mouse constantly. Every 30-60 seconds the wheel rotates a little, causing the mouse pointer to move across the screen in a very natural way. it's brilliant I use it 10-20 hours a week and so far it has held up great.
