I felt the grommets were pretty good quality, looked nice and gave a different look to the bag. Although I wish they had them in bronze as well (only gold, gunmetal, silver and brass). They were difficult to install, partially due to the materials I used and that the holes I cut in each section didn't directly line up. The screws are very small and I wouldn't trust them to hold the grommets on without help. I used Lock Tite on each screw, AND put glue on the back side of each piece of the grommet to adhere to the fabric. I've been carrying this purse and have had no issues with them coming loose. I bought two sets and would buy again if they came in bronze. 4 stars because they don't have all the colors used in bag-making.
