Good remote control remote control

I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this remote control. I received mine today and it works straight away. Opening the battery compartment was very easy. I will upload an image. Use a dime, twist counterclockwise, and then use a thin blade to remove the small back cover. Super easy guys.
