I'm a flight attendant and I use this backpack as a tote in addition to my suitcase. I've been using this backpack for 2 weeks now and haven't had any issues or wear and tear. I love that the bag has so many pockets both outside and inside (there are usually no outside pockets on this type of backpack); I like that the backpack is tall (not wide); I also love that I can put my backpack on the handle of my suitcase and go! Being a flight attendant, I will need to use my backpack more than most, which will eventually wear it out. However, the backpack is affordable, so I don't mind buying it again in the future if the need arises. So far, so good!
