Not sure if my review will hold up or not as I haven't run it yet, but here's the deal. The project consists of making a bogie to rotate the trailer frames during construction. The frames easily push 2500 pounds and must be supported by a total of four such flange bearings. Well-known brand bearings are easy to work with, but I try to save costs wherever possible, but I hope I don't regret it here. The problem is that the flange/bearing housing is only about 1/8 thick in the flange area, which I wasn't aware of before buying. The bearing is rated for a 1 1/2" shaft. Anyway I'll try it and see what happens. I'll see if it fails.
