My husband has an old knee injury which is VERY annoying lately. Now there is no time for the necessary operation. This massage/heat knee pad really helps at the end of the day (or anytime). It can be moved to where it is most needed. Velcro straps keep it in place well. Heat and massage are great for pain and mobility. It's very convenient to have a rechargeable battery because you don't have to stand by the outlet. Very good and useful product.
