Electric blue good for me
Look- it’s blue eyeliner. It’s vibrant and loud. It’s awesome. BUT-don’t fall asleep in it. It gets kinda flaky after it dries and I was pulling pieces of it out of my eyelashes but for quick photos or a night at the club where no one is looking closely? Not bad. It’s a cheap liner and it does what you paid for it
