amazing amazing amazing amazing I would just spell the word amazing but here is the proof. I recently used this on a trip that required me to walk up and down hills, 670 steps to be exact; along with two rides with an 8 hour schedule and without that support I couldn't have made it through. My ankles get swollen just walking around the local mall. I cannot praise this product enough. An additional info: I also have Copper Fit Energy Knee Compression Socks, Black Large/XL Copper Fit, these two items saved my trip.
