I bought this monitor to replace my broken Phillips monitor. I couldn't tell any difference in image quality. However, I couldn't get Pip to work. I have to give Dell credit for contacting me several times about the issue, but I didn't have time to work on it at the time. I found out that my ACER Nitro ($1000) was one of the problems. I don't hold this against Dell as this is the SECOND (AND LAST) ACER I will own. Acer used to be good, but when I called their tech support and said that two of my four speakers weren't working, they told me it didn't have four speakers. Yes, that's right. Then he wanted to charge me $200 for phone tech support. Dell has contacted me at least 6 times trying to get in touch and resolve the issue. It wasn't her fault. It was like a surprise.
