My 6 year old gets so frustrated that she can't unbuckle her carseat. This really helps give her independence (SHE DOES NOT USE THIS UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO AFTER WE HAVE PARKED THE CAR). Unfortunately it comes off easily and we have to reattach. The clip part that keeps it around the belt comes unlatched so easy. That's the only downfall. So we just keep it in her cupholder mostly and she can still use it successfully without it being latched around the belt since it doesnt stay latched around it anyway. It makes things easier in the car for both of us and she loves doing it all by herself like her big sisters.
