This is a very pretty sequined cape that will complement my flapper outfit. It looks great over a black tank top, black t-shirt or blouse. I like that the length covers the shoulders and almost hits the waist. The material is sheer enough to show the shirt underneath, but it's not really sheer, and the silver sequins are a fun glittery addition. It's very fleeting and comfortable to wear - I'll take it with me next time I go on a cruise as it's good coverage without being too warm. It has a hook-and-eye closure at the top but is open at the bottom. I might have to pin it up my blouse to keep it from sliding off the side, but it should be simple enough.
