I love that it gives me all of my account information including client contacts in one place! It's also very efficient at keeping track of files from shoot date through completion/delivery - no more digging around folders looking for photos we've already taken or emailed you about. Some aspects are dated (i.e., not as user friendly) but overall this program does what its supposed do which was great considering how much time photographers spend managing their accounts & day-to-day tasks like invoicing clients. This makes our life sooo easier with tracking file delivery dates etc. The other issue i have had has been sending images via email vs downloading them directly into photobucket. You can't choose between those two options unless they implement both and make sure there isn't overlap if using either option. We now know each invoice by heart because everything comes up when viewing an open billable item whether we need payment right away or waiting until next month; plus having all info stored together really helps us keep tabs on things while out shooting assignments. Our accounting team loves The ability to store images in the cloud and access them from anywhere. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. This is a great product that is easy to learn and use. The only thing I didn't like is that the software takes a lot of space. I would highly recommend this software. It is helping me organize my business and keep track of my clients. It is also helping me stay organized.
